The mission of DVC is to REACH people for Christ, EQUIP people to become disciples, and SEND disciples to reach the world. 

The Church is to be a Church for all people, of all backgrounds and origins. To be effective at our mission we focus on what Jesus Christ commissioned us to do:  “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to everyone.” (Mark 16:15) and, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you…” (Matthew 28:19-20a)
